Description
Watching the sun rise across the high plains of Texas, it’s understandable that explorers marveled at its natural beauty and stayed to call it home. When we first experienced Daye Bensa-grown beans from Shantawene Village, Ethiopia, we knew this was a taste worthy of the name High Plains Sunrise. Savor its balanced body with tones of ripe berry, chocolate, and roasted nut. What you pour in your cup is the product of smallholders working organic mountainside farms between 1,900 and 2,217 meters altitude. The blend we choose was grown with beans that placed among the Top 10 in 2020’s Ethiopian Cup of Excellence competition. It is the finest of all our coffees.

I am not normally a light roast coffee drinker. While this coffee is more of a light roast, it is certainly not light on flavor. This is an excellent coffee and is definitely enjoyable to drink. I recommend you give this one a shot, even if you typically drink darker coffee.

I agree with Elmer. This coffee is full of flavor and is an excellent cup of coffee. This is my second time ordering the High Plains Sunrise.
