Texas. It’s filled with meaning. From the high plains to the valley, from the gulf coast to the panhandle, Texas is a land blessed; rich in its history, robust in its present, rising to its future. This is the spirit we set out to capture in every bag of RoasTex Coffee: a taste big as Texas.
RoasTex was born of necessity. Nothing matches the majesty of hand-selected Arabica beans, craft roasted in small batches for flavor perfection. It’s what we thirsted for. It’s what we created.
Given our Texas roots and love of all it stands for, the only name fit for our vision is RoasTex because it’s roasted in Texas for Texans—and those who wish they were.
We believe being Texas in all we do means keeping it real
It’s what makes Texas, Texas. That’s because, Texas means friend—derived from the Native American Caddo word “teyshas.”
We believe better beans deserve respect
Like the taste of over-roasted (aka burned) beans? Go to Fivebucks (if you know who we mean). Cheap beans need over-roasting. RoasTex beans don’t.
We believe in taking time to reach roasting perfection
RoasTex is coffee roasted right. That's why we roast beans from each region and farm around 15 times to isolate the ultimate flavor profile.
We believe in tasting first
Leave the cream. Leave the sugar. Unadulterated RoasTex surprises your senses. Better beans and craft roasting creates a taste that doesn’t need additives.
We believe you’re the only judge of what you like
We like our coffee. If you don’t, send it back for a full refund. Texas isn’t for everyone. (Hear us, California?) We’re okay with that.
